Daily Elixir is a functional smoothie and wellness recipe app published by Three Little Penguins ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app handles, where it lives, and the choices you have. The short version: Daily Elixir collects no personal data. Everything you save stays on your device.
Information we do not collect
Daily Elixir does not require an account, and we do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on our servers. Specifically, we do not collect:
- Names, email addresses, or contact details
- Location data
- Health or medical data
- Device identifiers or advertising identifiers
- Usage analytics or behavioral tracking
Information stored on your device
To make the app useful, the following is stored locally in your browser or on your device using standard local storage. It never leaves your device:
- Your saved and bookmarked recipes
- Custom blends you create in the Blend Builder, including their ingredient selections and benefit notes
- Your preferences, such as dietary defaults (vegan, dairy-free, nut-free, whole foods only) and measurement units
Because this data lives only on your device, we cannot see it, access it, or recover it. Clearing your browser data or removing the app from your home screen will erase it.
Analytics, advertising, and tracking
Daily Elixir contains no third-party analytics SDKs, no advertising networks, and no cross-site trackers. We do not sell, rent, or share any data with anyone, because we do not have any data to share.
Hosting
The app is served from our hosting provider, which may process standard, transient server logs (such as IP address and browser type) solely to deliver the app and protect it from abuse. These logs are not used to identify you or build profiles.
Children's privacy
Daily Elixir is a general-audience recipe app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Future features
If we introduce optional account sign-in (for example, to sync saved blends across your devices), we will update this policy before the feature launches and describe exactly what is collected and why. Sync will always be optional.
Your choices and rights
You can delete all app data at any time by clearing your browser's site data or removing the app from your home screen. If you are located in the EEA, UK, or California, you have rights regarding your personal data; because we hold none, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on our side. Contact us any time with questions.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be noted in the app.
